Trellising, Pruning and Canopy Management influences the quality of our grapes by providing a balanced canopy all completed by hand.
Pruning allows for optimum exposure to sun and air flow. These are critical factors for ripening the grape without disease or mold.
We start pruning in late winter and continuing thru summer right up to harvest. From the winemaker to the vineyard manager we are committed to the canopy management care and attention.
