Cellar Club Terms
There is no fee to join the Cellar Club. You may join now and pick your first shipment for immediate delivery. All current release wines are shipped discounted at Club member rates. (shopping cart will automatically discount current release wines and shipping rates) If you sign up within 4 weeks of a scheduled ship date, new members will have the option of receiving both shipments, or just the pending one.
Shipments can be picked up at the winery before the scheduled ship date with prior arrangement. The winery will often hold “pickup parties” during this time frame to encourage club members to come visit. We cannot hold wines past the scheduled ship date though we will do our best to accommodate extraordinary circumstances. Please contact us no later than 2 weeks in advance if you foresee an issue with a ship date.
The credit card on your Cellar Club account is charged two week before the shipment is sent. The charge will be the retail value of your shipment, minus your member discount, plus any applicable tax and discounted shipping charges.
Charges will vary with each shipment.
You must be 21 years or older to order and receive shipments. An adult signature is required upon delivery. We strongly recommend delivery of wine shipments to business, rather than home addresses. Because of the adult signature requirement, we cannot deliver to a PO Box address.
Our wine club membership makes a great gift. We will send all shipments and membership materials to your gift recipient and your credit card will be charged for the shipments shortly before they are sent. Your gift recipient receives all of the benefits that come with being a member. You may choose the length of membership when you enroll them, or enroll them indefinitely and simply notify us in writing when you are ready for the membership to end.
Joseph Cellars Cellar Club is a perpetual membership until canceled. You may cancel at any time in writing after two (2) shipments.
Customers who cancel their club membership prior to receiving two shipments will be responsible for reimbursing Joseph Cellars for discounts received against orders placed as wine club members.
If a club shipment has been shipped but not received prior to our receipt of your written cancellation, you will be responsible to pay for that final shipment. Members may suspend shipments. Please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
While we do offer discounted shipping, should your club shipment be returned for any reason, the fee to reship would be the full rate charged by the common carrier to Joseph Cellars. If there has been some sort of error with delivery, we will be happy to work with you to resolve it.
All cancellations and address changes must be received in writing via fax, email, or regular mail. All cancellations and changes must be received at least 2 weeks prior to the scheduled ship date in order to be applied to the upcoming shipment. We do not require credit card changes in writing. Important: you may be responsible for shipping charges and/or restocking fees if you neglect to contact us at least 2 weeks prior to the scheduled ship date.
I am 21 years or older. As a member, I will receive shipments from Joseph Cellars throughout the year. I agree that Joseph Cellars will charge my credit card for each shipment. My credit card will also be billed shipping and handling, which may be charged by Joseph Cellars or by an outside shipper acting as my agent. I agree that I have read and understand Joseph Cellars privacy policy.
It is my obligation to notify Joseph Cellars in writing of any address changes before packages are shipped. Joseph Cellars will not be responsible for shipping charges incurred due to misdirected packages. Carriers make three attempts to deliver, after which the wine is returned to Joseph Cellars.
I may cancel my membership by doing so in writing at any time after second shipment without further obligation except for wines shipped prior to Joseph Cellars receipt of my cancellation.
Membership is ongoing, but may be cancelled after receipt of your second shipment. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to mail@josephcellars.com Please remember that it is your obligation to notify Joseph Cellars of any address changes before wines are shipped, as Joseph Cellars is not responsible for shipping charges incurred due to misdirected shipments.
Shipments made within certain states are subject to state sales tax. Void where prohibited by law.
